We are looking for Freehold assets only, mainly shops and if necessarily residential over but only if on long leases and not AST’s.
Our primary focus is on sustainable income and not vacant shops but would look at exceptional circumstances.
We will consider any yield profile offered and generally buy below £1M with most of our assets at sub £600,000 but some are of several million.
NCC have tended to usually buy at Auction but will consider all opportunities.
For this year we have put on hold further purchases in order to assist our tenant’s where we can in this pandemic.
The company will look to an equity investment in other ventures.
