We ensure all our buildings have fire risk assessments and are kept up to date in fire reinstatement and health and safety trying to prevent problems before they occur.
Our manging agents provide a full service too collecting rents and arranging repairs and helping us deal with management matters. We review our portfolio at least once a month with them in detail.
All are inspected at least once a year and we have planned maintenance programmes in place where the buildings are not let n full repairing leases.
